Radiometers are an important part of fluorescent examinations.  Many industry standards require black lights' UV-A and white light intensities be verified every day before their use; this is where radiometers come in.  Radiometers are a quick way to ensure your black lights' UV-A intensity is running at it's optimal output thus increasing the likelihood of detecting indications.  They're also a great way to check that there's a limited amount of white light.

Karden Sales carries a wide array of radiometers that measure UV-A black light, visible white light, and blue light.  They're light-weight, portable, and rugged - ideal for use out in the field or in the lab.
