Magnaflux Fluorescent Penetrant Testing Equipment System

    ZA-1227 systems are compact fluorescent penetrant inspection systems for batch and low volume inspection of small to medium size parts, including aerospace fasteners, automotive parts and surgical implant inspection.

Three different system configurations are available:

1. ZA-1227 Method A - for water washable penetrant testing (five stations)
2. ZA-1227 for Method B - post-emulsifiable, lipophilic (six stations)
3. ZA-1227 for Method D - post-emulsifiable, hydrophilic (seven stations)
